Our Mission

Pet Partners of Carbon County, in partnership with the Rawlins Rochelle Animal Shelter, strives to eliminate unwanted litters of puppies and kittens in our community while upholding the no kill status of the Rawlins Rochelle Animal Shelter.

Through vigorous fundraising, we are able to spay/neuter/vaccinate each dog and cat that enters the Rawlins Rochelle Animal Shelter, offer spay/neuter coupons to all residents of Carbon County and TNVR (trap, neuter, vaccinate, and return) feral and community cats.

The dedicated volunteers at Pet Partners of Carbon County frequently host adoption events and distribute color posters featuring adoptable dogs and cats to ensure each pet in the Rawlins Rochelle Animal Shelter is placed in a forever home.
